Who They Are

Town and Country Resort is celebrating 70 years in business. First opened in 1953, the San Diego hotel was renovated in the early 2000s and still features a cool Mid-Century Modern vibe.

In its early years, Town and Country welcomed its share of movie stars. Today, this beautiful resort is a favorite of honeymooners, vacationing families and anyone in the mood for great food and nightlife.

The Client’s Request

When Town and Country’s Director of Sales and Marketing first approached us about working together in 2018, she wrote, “We are looking for funny On Hold Messaging that represents our quirky and retro-California style.” So, along with humor flavored with 1950s references, we include many surf rock and garage rock music tracks in each production.
