The Basics

D&F Plumbing, Heating and Cooling has served the Portland, Oregon area since 1927. Desiree Grosman oversees the family-owned company’s marketing. She reached out to us in early 2023 to see if we could elevate D&F’s caller experience with our Humor On Hold. Based on her many positive comments over the last year, it’s fair to say we have.
