“My approach has been to give callers a good mix of health tips for women of all ages, plus information about the many services that NWHC offers,” said Bob.

“Our primary contact is always very busy seeing patients in the office or at the hospital, so I want to make the updating process as easy as possible for him. Since I’ve worked with Northline for nearly two decades, I’m able to apply my knowledge of women’s health topics and proactively create content that serves their callers well without asking my contact for input. That saves my client time.”
