All the Right Parts
Our relationship with NAPA dates to 1996! We provide three different On Hold Marketing programs for the company, including The Real Deal. That content is targeted at the owners and managers of auto repair facilities, from large dealerships to smaller, one-location shops. Those callers are interested in supplies and equipment for their own operations. So, given that audience, we often poke fun at shop culture.
The Style
For as long as we’ve been working with NAPA, we’ve applied a healthy dose of humor to their On Hold Marketing, while still informing callers about specific products, added value and special offers.
